The Learning to Teach Online self-paced course is available for registration anytime. Virtual training sessions on a variety of topics will be scheduled during the fall and winter terms and posted to the Upcoming Events page as they become available. Avenue to Learn support hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. Digital Technologies Supportįor specific digital technologies support inquiries instructors can submit a support ticket to the MacPherson Institute team or ask questions in the Blended/Online Community of Practice Teams channel. To book space, please contact: Tony Hoang at. Video and audio studio spaces will be available weekly on Tuesdays 10:00am – 4:00pm, Thursdays from 10:00am – 4:00pm and Fridays from 10:00am – 12:00pm. Please note: McMaster’s policy for flexible work allows staff to adjust their working hours, which means not all staff are available during this time. Our staff can also be reached virtually during regular office hours (Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm). Our office at Mills Library L504 is open for drop-ins Monday – Thursday from 9:00am – 12:00pm & 1:00pm – 4:00pm.
